March 2022 Small Group Class Schedule

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! May your days be many and your troubles be few.

I know many celebrated this weekend and even into next month, especially with the Seaside parade being rescheduled for April 2nd.

Daylight savings has arrived, and may be here to stay. Spring officially begins this weekend. March in the Pilates community means it’s March MATness where we honor Joseph Pilates’ foundational mat exercises. We have been taking videos of the various exercises, some on the mat but many on the equipment, and highlighting them on social media.

March Class Schedule

During March we will highlight the original mat exercises on the equipment using a mix of the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Bodhi. Classes are on the schedule so sign up if interested. There must be at least 2 enrolled for each class to run.

As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. You may luck out and even get a private session for the price of a class. Please put yourself on the waitlist or reach out to Michele if you can’t get into a class.
