Our Class Schedule

Registration required for all classes and new students must take intro private sessions before joining equipment classes, including reformer, tower, chair (no private sessions are required for mat). All students must be injury-free, able to safely use the equipment and perform given exercises to participate in classes. For private sessions, please call to schedule.
