Under the guidance of Michele Toscano and her exceptional team of professional instructors, our clients enjoy the highest caliber, personalized Pilates instruction available anywhere. Each of our teachers are extensively trained and fully certified in all aspects of Pilates, and are committed to their own continuing education. Pilates By The Bay is unique in offering specialized programs that cater to all ages, fitness levels, and health considerations. We provide training tailored to the special needs of young athletes, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients and those with neurological disorders, as well as those of older clients to address their unique condition and help these patients effectively manage their health challenges.

Our Mission

Pilates By The Bay’s mission is to educate our clients on proper movement and exercise and improve their physical well-being through classical Pilates instruction.
