Bodhi Suspension System™

A dynamic, whole-body system that challenges core strength, flexibility and proprioception.

The 16-hour course, with Bodhi Suspension System™ Faculty Member Patty Baiano, includes a detailed manual and suggested class formats — everything you need to begin teaching on the Bodhi Suspension System to all fitness levels. The course has a programmatic track format that makes learning the exercises easy, fun and teachable. The Bodhi Suspension System Training is rooted in Balanced Body movement principles which emphasize safe and effective movement potential.

This course is not limited to Pilates Teachers. Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Fitness Instructors, and movement enthusiasts alike can learn to teach this amazing method of movement. Bodhi is not only used for fitness and balance training, it is also a powerful tool for physical rehabilitation.

Especially beneficial for trained TRX Teachers, this course can bring a deeper understanding into the anatomy of suspension training and expand your teaching repertoire with Pilates-based movements. For Bodhi Enthusiasts, if you already love your Bodhi classes but have no intention of teaching—no problem! This workshop can be used as a deep immersion into the ropes to deepen your own personal practice.
