Studio Updates and Winter Wellness
Despite the winter chill, our studio is buzzing with energy as classes remain full, demonstrating the commitment of our dedicated Pilates community. As we navigate occasional class adjustments due to sickness and ongoing viruses, we encourage everyone to prioritize self-care, take vitamins, and stay home if unwell.

The groundwork laid in 2023 has set the stage for a robust start this year. Being recognized as the Best Pilates Studio in Ocean County has brought in more followers on social media, sparking interest in Pilates. Sponsoring networking events, such as the one with Inspired by KChev, has strengthened our connections and fueled a growing enthusiasm for Pilates.

Price Adjustment Notice
In our commitment to keeping Pilates accessible, we’ve strived to maintain low costs. However, due to increasing rent and inflation, there will be slight adjustments to equipment class and private session pricing starting January 15th. Take advantage of existing prices until then.
New Pricing (Effective January 15, 2024):
- Private Sessions: $80 for 1, $385 for 5, $735 for 10
- Equipment Classes: $35 per class, $155 for 5, $300 for 10 (with two months expiration)
- Monthly Member Rate: $29 per class
