It’s almost here!!! I know I am not the only one who considers Memorial Day weekend the unofficial start of summer. Let us all not forget the meaning of the day, where we remember and honor those men and women who have given their lives serving in the US Military.
Thank you to all of those who have served, keeping us the home of the free.
All I know is I am ready for warmer weather and lighter clothes. We have you covered at the studio to get you ready for both. It’s almost bathing suit season and you know Pilates can help keep you lean. Capri length leggings are on the rack to the right and just wait until you see Savvi’s summer collection. I will be bringing in new items soon, but remember you can order anytime online.
May is also Mental Health Awareness Month so make sure you do more of what you love. For a second year, we will be at the Ocean Cares Mental Health and Wellness Fair.
Come visit our booth THIS Saturday, May 21st at the beautiful Traders Cove Marina in Brick.
Join Michele at 1 PM for a FREE Pilates class.
The whole event is free, so come visit us and enjoy the views and other wellness vendors, it’s going to be a beautiful day on the water.
Window covering update, I have selected and sent the best 5 pictures from our photo shoot and am still waiting the proofs. Fingers crossed we can have it done before summer. Thanks again to all of our beautiful models who let us photograph your class.
Here is a collage with the shots I selected.
Sundays are on every other week in May and it looks like they may be on regularly for June, but will continue to switch it up and make them interesting. Spots fill up so be sure to register to save your place. Gianna is also teaching next Friday, see below. All May pop-ups are on the schedule. There must be at least 2 enrolled for each class to run.
Note we are holding off on Tuesday AM class until Ellen returns from her much needed vacation in June. As always, we will monitor classes and adjust as needed.
Classes are filling up again so don’t wait to sign up.
Please put yourself on the waitlist or contact us if you can’t get into a class, we will do what we can to get you in.
