February is a short month and spring is in sight. Daylight savings is in a few weeks and as of today those numbers are true, only 28 days until spring and 99 until Memorial Day. Summer bodies need to start now, so let us help you. We can also help you stay fashionable in florals this spring.

This month’s classes are on the schedule so sign up if you’re interested, the Pilates classes for next month will be added this week. There must be at least 2 people enrolled for each class to run.
As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. You may luck out and even get a private session for the price of a class. Please put yourself on the waitlist or contact us right away if you can’t get into a class.

Floral is Preparing Us for Spring
Floral is in this year for spring and it is everywhere even at the studio. You can still grab some floral toe socks. Savvi has some fantastic floral prints in their Spring 2022 collection.

This collection was inspired by Laguna Beach and features clothes that are fluid and airy like the ocean, moving with you. New items are being released each Friday though April.
